How about solar energy products, like a solar car? My suggestion is very general b'cos the only specific that you asked for is that it has to be related to engineering. I was in a solar car team before %26amp; building the car chassis %26amp; driving system required mechanical engineering knowledge (we used programs such as solid work). Then design of the chassis required the application of aerodynamics to ensure the car will run with low wind resistance (aerospace engineering). The electrical engineering is used in laying out the solar cells %26amp; the circuits for power supply.
