I need help on my research topic for my english class?

My teacher wants us to write research paper, but she wants the topic as specific as possible. Here's my topic so far:





Music and the effects on the human mind.





How can I make that more specific?

You could narrow it in different ways.


You need to choose which you're going to focus on more, music or brain.


For music, you could talk about the different emotions that different types of music bring. What part of the brain they make act up or something. Certain body functions...stuff like that. How music helps the brain, how music affects choices...


If you want to go with brain, talk a lot about the function of the brain and other things as well as music that change the way it works or have impact on.
