Any current research topics for women in the workplace?

I need to write a paper about women in the workplace and need some ideas on some current, NEW topics. The mother/career issue, men vs women, and flexible hours has been done over and over. Does anyone know of anything NEW and interesting to research?

Reply:Maternal profiling of women-whether you're pregnant or not is on the rise, according to the increase in claims submitted to the eeoc. It seems that while there is basically no dress code, the women tend to dress a notch up from the men, on average. Perhaps this is because women care more about fashion in general, but my question would be, for the women who do not dress that "notch" up, but instead match more of the standard dress of the men, are they looked down upon. Are the views of the "dressed down" women different from women and men?
Reply:Something about women in combat. While women have served for a long time purposely sending women out to get down on the front lines still seems to be frowned upon.
